I like how easy it was for me as an employee of another business/company who has been using this system since its beginning. There are lots of training videos available online if needed but sometimes they can be confusing or vague at times so make sure all needs have not already being met by other resources before deciding what may work better than others! We were able solve our time management issues while keeping things organized very well. If any member would get sick then we could quickly find someone else from within their network without having them quit right away which helps keep continuity especially during busy seasons where there's more employees working remotely vs office locations.
