Big size and works!
I had some old cast iron castings from my GMA, it helped a lot with cleaning to get all the sticky stickiness out. I have a lot of cast iron and know how to keep it seasoned, I just needed a little more than elbow grease for a few pieces. Big bottle. I just put some in the hot water sink and soaked the pots for a few minutes.
