Large comfortable but hard insole with no arch support
They are really very big. I'm using 10W and it's almost full size too big. This is weird for FJ shoes! These are regular shoes; Expected more from FJ. They are comfortable but sturdy. It should have more cushioning and arch support. I'm buying arch and cushion inserts that should fix both of those major deficiencies and trying to salvage this $120 debacle.
