Our twins were born a month premature and I had to pump to take the bottles to the ICU. I bought this hands free bra after a friend suggested I get one. easy to open for skin-to-skin contact! And top opener. Easy to work with the lactation consultant for our twins' breast practice! And a velcro that opens. At first I didn't understand what the velcro on the back was but then I skipped the pump and it was very helpful for my husband to just undo it a bit to make room for the swollen boobs. PLUS you can make it a cross back bra or have straps like a regular bra. Before pregnancy I was 36C, gave birth to twins, ordered AVERAGE. (At first I thought it was too small, but then I just loosened the velcro on the back a bit and then everything was fine. My only wishes are (1) it comes in complementary colors and (2) the zipper shines on the front to be about an inch too long (for me) as it doesn't flex properly and my shirts can pop out, but everyone says they don't notice.
