Personally I was unexpectedly surprised! This taste reminds me of vanilla ice cream. I liked it and didn't need to add anything to sweeten it. Can't wait to try different fruit smoothies with it after trying it alone with silky (vanilla) almond milk. This is a game changer for me. High protein profile, low carb, plant-based, light on the stomach, smooth texture! Sand should be for the gym, not smoothies. I give it 🙌🏽. Would buy again.
