Spent 2 hours on a Linksys phone - couldn't get it to work

Spent 2 hours on a Linksys phone - couldn't get it to work. Linksys recommended I return the product and gave me a discount to buy it from them so they can guarantee it works. We couldn't connect it to my mesh system.
