I appreciate how Medix has a good pay rate for a call center jobs. The job is also very flexible with scheduling (flex hours) and telecommuting options. It can be difficult to find work when you are not in contact with your manager or supervisor. So many times you have no idea if there is anything going on with the hiring process. Sometimes it seems like they don't even realize that the applicants are still waiting. Make sure to talk to other candidates who are currently working at Medix to get an idea of what their experience was like. We were looking for a job where we could telecommute as much as possible. This allows us flexibility which is important since my husband travels for his career.
