Review on iTools Customizable Account Hierarchy by Drew Diaz

The ability to customize the account hierarchy is very useful. I love that we can add custom fields to the various objects in the hierarchy. It's also great that you can create multiple levels of hierarchy. We have been able to solve our reporting needs with this product. There is nothing that I dislike about it. If you are looking for something that will help you organize your accounts then this is the right tool for you. We are solving our reporting issues by creating different views of our accounts. This has helped us in many ways.
