Review on Pecute Scratcher Scratching Included 16 9X9 4In by Irma Brown

I ordered one on Thursday May 13th and it arrived May 15th. I ordered because I want to get rid of the cardboard scratches and clutter. I liked that it is a double-sided scraper. I ordered a second one on Sunday May 16th and it arrived yesterday May 18th. I wanted a sisal side and a carpet side for my two cats. The first time Zoya scratched the carpet, it slipped out from under her lip. The sisal side looks solid, why doesn't the carpet side fit? That's the only thing I don't like about it. I expected the carpet side to be just as durable as the sisal side. Can this be fixed?
