HAZARDO FAILURE DESIGN - Mounting screw does not match socket

DO NOT BUY THIS. DANGEROUS DEFECTIVE CONSTRUCTION - The mounting screw does not align with the outlet. Shame on a GE and UL branded product that doesn't see this easily spotted big flaw. Just shows how useless the UL ratings are. THIS ARTICLE SHOULD BE WITHDRAWAL. Amazon should refuse to sell this. This is an electric shock hazard. A similar product but not readily available is Prime PBUWC01. The outlets are spaced farther apart so the power supply fits and doesn't block another outlet. USB ports are located above the sockets, so the power supply and pigtail do not block the USB port. Simply everything of the best design, even if too expensive.
