Made my horses itch

I got this for the biting nats. But all it did was leave a greasy residue that had dirt sticking to it like crazy. did nothing to keep the flys or nats from bothering the horses. Both horses itched really bad after using it. Gave them both baths to get the stuff off and after that, no more itching. Easy to use but not for all horses.
