Go for a walk every morning around 6am. In winter it can be a very cold hour. There are also strong winds where I live, which can make it difficult to stay warm. This hat is great. There is a neck vent under the chin that warms the neck front and back. The mask is worn over the mouth, nose and chin and keeps them warm. When I'm running upwind, these things keep me warm. When I'm out of the wind, I can open the mask on one side and breathe easier. The holes on the sides of the face are a bit wide and I have to wear a full face mask on single digit wind days or less.
