They're a little thinner than I expected, I don't know how long they'll last in a busy commercial kitchen. But one thing I really like is the handle, on previous models I had the handle attached at the top and bottom, they are open at the bottom so you can hang it on the mixing bowl while scooping from the bowl. I work alone and often have to interrupt my work to help clients. So instead of floating the cup in the bowl or leaving the dirty cup on the counter, I can just leave it in the bowl and help my customers without making a big mess. . I really wish they were thicker or stronger but overall I'm happy and would probably buy them again.
