A good all-inclusive prospecting platform
I love how easy it is for our clients to use this tool - they're able to input their own content and have a way to track what's working best vs.
not so much. The integration process can be cumbersome at times (we had issues getting things set up). But once we get there, everything has been great! Our team loves using this tool because of its ease of use and ability to segment contacts into different levels of interest.We also like being able to create custom workflows within the tool itself as well as having access to analytics which helps us know where/when our prospects are engaging.
Pros
- Easy to make changes without needing an IT person.
- Very intuitive interface that doesn't require training or special knowledge in order operate effectively; makes life easier when managing multiple campaigns across various platforms such Instagram & Twitter etc
Cons
- Somewhat difficult implementation with Salesforce if you don’t already work closely w your SFDC admin
