My daughter has heat rash. She was itchy all over, so in a desperate attempt to help her, I bought these oatmeal bath bags. I used one of these in her bath and lightly rubbed the pouch over her face and body. I soaked it in lukewarm water for 30 minutes as hot water irritates the skin even more. The results were AMAZING! One application and the skin is much better. She didn't scratch her hands! I've also stopped using lotion to help her skin breathe without hydrating it, especially in this heat. This stuff worked wonders!
