I bought a similar ladder from a different manufacturer about 9 months ago. This one was great but unfortunately it was out of stock when I decided to buy a second one so my kids wouldn't fight over who should use it. The paintings looked almost the same, so I bought this one without hesitation. I should. The quality of this stool is low. The information does not match. It was supposed to have two identical dowels to hold the step in place, but one was much smaller than the other and too small for the pre-drilled hole. Two boards broke when tightening IKEA-like fasteners. Overall this is a poor quality product and I do not recommend buying it. Better quality stools available.
