Cute and Functional Baby Room Light

This is a great bedside lamp for a child's bedroom. With an easy to read time, temperature and alarm display, this is a simple product that doesn't try to do too much. Its design is very simple and clean. Aside from the top button, which you press to turn the light on and off (and the spin cycle to increase and decrease the brightness), the other buttons are hidden below. It's very easy to overlook and miss if you're not looking for it. What's especially great is that kids can pick things up and play around with them. The lamp comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, so it can also be used as a portable light if needed. Charges via USB but comes without a charger. Not critical, but keep that in mind. The lighting is very impressive. For such a small lamp it can get really bright. Bright enough to light up half a room and can be dimmed for nighttime use where it's barely visible. The display part can be switched to show the time in 12/24 hour format and the current temperature, and can also be set to auto cycle. I find the indicator is soft enough in the dark where it's not distracting but still visible. It comes with a little strap for little ones to carry around if they want. It also comes with a small remote control. I think it's a nice touch, although I don't expect to use it much. Parents may find it helpful to keep one handy and turn off the lamp after the child has fallen asleep. In addition, it also has a sleep function for automatic shutdown. I really like it and I think it will be a good addition to any child's room.
