Lightweight and easy to use
This food slicer is very easy to assemble and use. The blades are sheathed so it is very safe to work with without injuring yourself. The mechanism for pushing the lever is very smooth and doesn't require much force to push. The cuts are clean and even. I tried cutting carrots and cucumbers - it turned out great! It's also pretty easy to clean. Overall a decent product!
