I brought this book bag for my daughter, the product was broken on arrival. The shoulder lock was broken on one side. So I was disappointed that I had to return it, but sending it back was pretty easy and straightforward. I didn't have to pay a return fee or speak to customer service about why I was returning this product. Let's see how long it takes before we get a replacement. And the product itself is not a big bag, but the material seems very strong and thick. I think the bag is good for kids who don't have to carry a lot just because the bag isn't very big. It has a laptop slot, but I don't think it's the best option for a laptop. Magnetic buttons do not stay engaged. I do not recommend.
