First impression. The device arrived quickly and the packaging was in good condition. (Good start) It came straight out of the box, just like you would buy in a store, so I was concerned. When I opened the box and took out the heater I found that it was in perfect condition. I emptied all the contents and was very concerned because I couldn't find the wheels which I thought were packaged separately and either screwed or snapped onto the unit. I frantically rummaged through the foam blocks and thought for a moment I'd been scammed. I felt pretty silly when I realized the wheels were already attached and just "folded". Once I got over that, I plugged in the device and it turned on right away. It works pretty well for extra heat, doesn't make any noise and doesn't seem to increase the electricity bill. The only downside I can find is that there doesn't seem to be much of a difference in heat dissipation between the medium and high settings. So I use it at an intermediate level. It works as expected, so + from me.
