It helps us to manage our properties from anywhere through my mobile phone or laptop! Also it's very easy to use because you can do everything by yourself without having someone help you like before when we used some other softwares.

The integration between differents applications would be better if they had more options about how to connect them together but I believe these are working hard now solving those problems so maybe soon there will be improvements. We needed something easier than using paper books where people could write their comments directly at hotels rooms without needing to go back home or office every time. This software helped me solve many issues which were happening previously, also allows clients bookings online easily via web browser instead going physically into the property itself.
