Not bad. This is a cheaper brush brush but a nice one. I will not call the seller for the way it came. Revan takes orders. The box was open and there was a foreign object on one of the bristles. It looked and felt like a stick of glue. The handle was also broken off. Remember this is a finishing brush. You would first use a regular brush and then smooth with that. This is not a standard brush that can be combed through the hair. This is a straightening brush.
