Bought this to add to my collection of Mambe waterproof furniture covers. We have 4 cats & our male will periodically spray when he is unhappy that one of the females is laying on something all the time. Based on other reviews I had a high level of confidence in this product, no longer. Yesterday I came home & he had sprayed on the cover on the recliner. I took the cover off & sure enough it had soaked through to the chair. So so disappointed. My confidence in this product is shaken, we have a king bed, queen bed, couch, and loveseat also covered.a lot of money spent, now nervous. 100% waterproof.really?I will be contacting them shortly and see what they'll do.7/22/14 - Update: I contacted Mambe about this situation. They were highly apologetic, stating that it should not have happened. They have sent a replacement & have stated that they will test the returned item to figure out how/why it did not perform as expected. Very happy with their customer service.7/29/14 - Update: Mambe has sent me a replacement blanket and requested that I send them the defective one back (at their expense) so they can try to determine why it failed. Great customer service. I hope this one holds up.8/4/14 - Update: Well the cat strikes again, this time the loveseat and it WORKED! The blanket kept the urine from getting through to the loveseat! I am not letting the one bad blanket sour me on this product. I would recommend this product!
