The heatmap itself could look better but overall this software has helped me understand my users' behavior so I was able to make changes accordingly. It's easy to set up and you don't need any coding knowledge to get started. You can also export graphs as images which makes them easier to share with colleagues/customers. This software allows us to see what our visitors are doing while they're browsing our site. With this information we were able to identify areas where people weren't finding content easily and then made improvements.
