Wide legs are no problem. Be careful when installing spikes

Was short lived but appears to be of good quality. We have 2 pairs. My son wears a size 9 or 9-1/2 and a size 44 fits him. I wear the 11th men's width and took the 46th which fits me. I was concerned about my wide feet but they are comfortable. One thing I could say that could be a potential downside is that the holes for the studs aren't metal conduit, so it seems like it would be very easy to cross these holes when installing the studs. I didn't have that problem because I saw the potential for it, but I could see someone making it easy enough. My advice is to just install the screws with your fingers until you reach the point where you can no longer grab the head of the screw and then tighten with a screwdriver. If you can't get your fingers through a few full turns, you haven't threaded the threads properly, and using a screwdriver will only make matters worse. Take your time and use your fingers. If you can easily scroll it a few times with your fingers, you're good to go. If you meet resistance, break it off and try again. You will know when you succeed
