The device does nothing if it is not set to 75% power, even then it hardly works. I had a Pavlock 2, it worked great until it broke, that model wasn't there, it's not my skin, I'm not dehydrated, the device just doesn't perform its primary function, the hardware is defective. I'll have to return it, it's basically unusable. Also a fun fact that they somehow forgot to tell people that this is a beta device, it's literally in the fine print in the app, you also see the app is extremely broken and probably a big part of the problem is considering I caught it displaying negatives in their own code.
