This dumpling maker is just plain fun. All 3 generations of my family gathered around a sizzling cauldron when I made the first batch and still do after a few servings. The finished dumplings are delicious, and while the process seems almost magical, it's surprisingly easy. Both my son and grandson suggested culinary experiments with dumplings, like rolling them in cinnamon coconut sugar and then baking them however you like. My grandson even agreed to wash the dumpling machine right after each use so the dough doesn't stick to the stainless steel. (Be sure to check all possible dough hiding places so that no dough glue gets stuck.) Overall, I absolutely love this kitchen gadget.
