Review on IGOGO by Josh Cardoso

Using IGOGO was a huge disappointment for me. Finding what I was looking for on the website was a chore due to its clumsiness and lack of intuitive design. It was quite disappointing to receive things that were of low quality and failed to meet my expectations. Not only did my product arrive late, but shipping was extremely slow. The things were damaged in transit due to poor wrapping. The matter was made worse when I tried to contact customer support and received no response or assistance. As a product manager, I find IGOGO's careless approach to its customers' needs and wants to be quite disappointing. It's obvious that they value profits more than customer satisfaction, which is unacceptable in today's economy. If you're seeking for a trustworthy internet business to supply your kitchen and home, I wouldn't suggest IGOGO. Don't bother, and go somewhere else. IGOGO has permanently lost my business as a result of their egregious failures as an internet merchant.
