Makes very annoying noise, heats up. There are other options on the market if you don't mind a slightly larger size. Some other reviewers say the pins are hard to pull out, but mine has a really soft nib and it's very easy to fold and unfold the pins. The USB cable had a protrusion that is 1/4 the size of the charger. Some parts from the charger to make it smaller but they put them back into the cable 🤦‍♂️😂Update: Their support team offered me a 5% discount coupon after I solved my problem. 😳 I returned the item anyway and declined the $2 discount offered by their shipping service.
