In general, this is a very good headband. I've used it for both exercising and mowing and I feel my phone is completely secure. I also like how you can rotate the phone, making it easier to see the screen. This might be specific to me, but I've found that I don't like it right on my skin; It has some prickly spots so I prefer to wrap it around my sleeve to avoid that. This can also make it more difficult to pin and hook onto the sleeve. It gets easier if someone helps me get dressed, but of course that's not always possible or convenient. But if you're looking for a good bandage for the price, this will work.
