Review on FireQ by Craig Lovro

I like that it is very easy to use with no tech skills needed at all! It's great how they are constantly adding features which makes things much easier in our day-to-day work life. The only thing negative about this product would be maybe if there were more options available when sending out an email or creating reports so we could do multiple tasks within one document without having to open several programs. We have been able to communicate better between different branches of service as well send emails using templates easily from anywhere instead of being stuck behind my desk writing messages down myself.
