Input and output for in-ear headphones

If you touch the headphones on both sides of the headphones, the sound will be interrupted, causing static electricity. when connected via Bluetooth. I have $20 bluetooth headphones and they don't do it. Very disappointed in them as I bought them for my school and need them for noise reduction and recording. Now I can't trust the quality when I need to record audio. I want a full refund or send me another set so I know if I have a defective set.
