My opinion about the mop goes from positive to negative. The positive is that I love the fibers on the mop head; they are super absorbent, and when I mop the floor, the threads get into all the little spaces. The mop head cleans very well.Another positive is the bucket; I wanted this mop style because I could see the level of dirt in the water. I can tell if it is time to change the water. Also, it has a handle and wheels that allow me to pull the bucket around with little effort. Now that I know what to expect, I like the mop only for large areas.First negative; it takes learning to use it. When rinsing the mop head, I must remember to unlock it and lock it again. Another negative and the biggest; it is impossible to pinpoint the exact position of the knob inside the bucket to rinse the head. I can try, but it either slips off the knob with the spinning motion, or I am trying to spin it without being hooked to the knob. The mop head swivels to one side, and I have straightened it out by hand, but the point is not to touch it.Once I finish the rinsing, the spinner does a reasonably good job squeezing the water out of the microfibers, but not good enough. I end up with a good amount of water on the mop.Very important if you have floors that will scratch; when mopping the floors or rinsing the mop head, the rubber gasket that is there to prevent scratches from the metal on the head will slip off, and the metal will be exposed.
