Suitable for chainmail, but not jewelry
They are incredibly strong and larger than required for jewelry making. For laying you need 2 pliers. Most jump rings can be opened or closed with pliers in one hand and fingers in the other hand. I have no doubt that they will protect a person from a sword blow in the form of chain mail, but for simple decorations they are inconvenient. Strong is good, but damn, too strong is one thing.
