I like the ease of use to set up and how well it integrates with our back office. The reporting is also very easy to understand once you have some experience using them. They don't really do a good job explaining the basics in their training videos, so I would recommend watching those videos before getting started. There are many different ways to setup your inventory and accounting. It was hard to decide which one we liked best because all of them were pretty straight forward. We were able to get set up quickly, and the reports that they provide make it easy to see if there is room for improvement. The features are awesome! It has all the functionality you need to run a business. You can also customize it so that it meets your needs perfectly. All in all, I like this point of sale system. Not much to dislike. The customer service is great as well. They are always willing to help. If there's anything I can think of that I would change about this program, I'm sure they will listen. We use this program to track inventory, manage employees timesheets, calculate tips, etc.
