We have been using hand blenders for many years and finally decided on a blender - so many recipes call for it and it makes all the baking work so much easier. In fact, after our first try, we found this blender to do what we call "the job" which is fun! It's so easy to use - it does the job perfectly - the cake came out so much better, so much more even in texture - we love it. An excellent gift for a newlyweds or the first apartment of a young specialist. This blender comes with great attachments - we're just experimenting with this - love this blender! And it looks great on the shelf!
