This shower curtain rod was so flimsy, and the base diameter was so small. I had a hard time installing it because it kept slipping and the end bases didn’t rest flush against the wall. I’ve installed numerous shower curtain rods but this was the worst ever. After I thought I had it secure and put the shower curtain and liner in place, it slipped and fell from the weight. I reinstalled it but just didn’t like the look because it looked cheap. When I removed it for return, it took big chunks of paint off my walls. I ended buying an "industrial” quality one and am sooo happy. I paid nearly double the price, but it’s so much better!
