It's been three years since I first bought a pack of ready-made sandwiches at the crossroads. A lot has changed in my life since then, but the sandwiches from the crossroads have remained the same and made me happy three times a day. But a couple of weeks ago I went to the market and found out that there is a device that magically transforms bread, cheese, salad and sausage into something called a sandwich right at my place. I withdrew all the money I had set aside to buy sandwiches from the crossroads a week in advance and ran to place an order. A couple of days and here it is - red with a silver handle, right on my kitchen table. With a flowing river of saliva, I immediately put the cherished ingredients into it. One moment and ready, toasted, juicy sandwich is already in my hands…. Oh my God…. This taste is still basking on the tip of the tongue…. DIVINE!
