Review on πŸ’¦ Revolutionizing Water Softening: Introducing Nuvo H2O Dphb Softener System by Lild Zimmerly

READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASE TO KNOW WHAT YOU GET

I bought the Nuvo H2O two years ago. The concept sounded great and reasonable, and I had to deal with hard water in my house. I have used salt products before and this product sounded better. I really liked the idea of the 90-day money-back guarantee. It sounded like I was insured when it didn't work. I spoke to a salesperson from the company and they assured me it would work and that the cost of installation would be minimal (I was told it would cost around $100-$150). sounded great so I spent over a thousand dollars to buy the system and a few extra filters. I received it and quickly realized that some of what I was told was wrong. The actual cost of installing the system was about $600. So right now I've lost a lot of money if this didn't work because I had to install it to try it. Too bad they didn't embellish that fact. Keep that in mind when you think about the free return policy - it's not free at all, and practically speaking returning it is almost more expensive than just leaving it where it is if it doesn't work. In total I spent about $1,000 installing and removing my system. And it doesn't work. I have hard water that leaves deposits on the faucets. Unless I have something I use to soften water, scale is very easy to see. From time to time I have to deal with the problem of cleaning limescale / hard water. Big pain. Well when I first started using the NUVO system I cleaned deposits off some fittings and figured I'd never have to do that again. NOT CORRECT. The system doesn't work. The accumulation of hard water is still there again. Same problem - no solution. Thinking I might be wrong, I cleaned the units again and put in another of the $90 filters, only to find that the second time, all the debris had returned. And I did it for the third time with the third filter. I can reassure anyone interested that this does not eliminate hard water build up. The other problem is that by the time you figured it all out, you've already spent a ton of money installing the system, you're long gone. 90 days and you really don't want to pay money to remove the system. So you're stuck, just spent about $1,500 or so on something that just doesn't work. I recently called customer service and asked for a refund only to get two different representatives telling me all the reasons why I was being an idiot and why they didn't want to refund me the system. So remember - after 90 days, the system will not be returned. And their customer service is terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM. I wish someone would post something like this that I read before buying - it would save me a lot of time, money and hassle. If you really need to get rid of hard water, use proven saltwater systems that are cheap and, at least in my experience, work. I hope this will be useful for potential buyers of the system.
