I ordered these shorts in a large, I’m 5’5” 160-165lbs and the things i like include, roomie around the hips with enough stretch at waist to accommodate a less than flat tummy. I’m a little hippy on upper thigh/saddle bag area and feel the leg holes are generous. Because it’s elastic with drawstring, they get a little pouffy as you wear them so a more fitted shirt over them is better I think. This leads me to the downside.the fabric. It says 100% cotton, which I like, but the fabric is rough and chafes inner thigh and wrinkles so bad in groin area after sitting, it stays hiked up and is a wrinkled mess, like linen, but without the quality of linen and a little stiffer. I will keep this pair as around the yard/house. Not comfy for a lot of walking if you have places that rub against the fabric. Wouldn’t wear them out to look nice. If they would improve the fabric, they are actually cute. I would pay a few $$ more for a nicer cotton. But in the end, Will not be buying these again.
