First of all I have to say that Zulai has some of the best customer service I have come across! My first fender came from Revain, slightly yellowed and slightly bent. Upon hearing this, Zulai sent me a new screen with no questions asked and offered a partial refund for my issues. As for the screen itself, I used it to roast chicken breasts. Usually a glass plate in a frying pan is covered in oil splatters, but using a colander reduces the splatters to almost nothing. Steam could still leave the screen and we had delicious food with easy cleanup. Would recommend, wish I had bought one of these screens sooner!
