I stumbled across Ed's product while complaining on the Facebook page about the Chinese fakes (Sunpie) I bought that didn't fit properly. The knockoffs were decent quality, but the fit just wasn't there. Ed saw my post and offered his solution. The great thing from an aesthetic point of view is that I can keep my special HD lens with the HD logo. It sounds trite, but HD owners are picky about the looks of their bikes. Another aesthetic benefit of Ed's lightbulbs is that they look like regular lightbulbs. Yes, they're a little different, but not like the HD Daymaker or fake LEDs that look more like a spaceship. In other words, Ed's lighting doesn't change the classic HD look we're used to, and the lighting is very bright, which is a win-win. did I say super bright? They are very bright and now I won't have any trouble seeing the road. Compare that performance to the HD Daymaker and compare the priceβ$450 for an HD fixture alone. I know it sounds trite, but this purchase is really easy. Oh, and I'm not a lathe operator, and this setup was very easy. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with these lights - they're super bright, way cheaper than HD lights, they make your bike look the way you want it, and they're exceptionally easy to install. You will not be disappointed.
