Review on PeopleFish by Eddie Shields

The best thing about Peoplesfish is that it provides great insights into users needs and wants. I can't think of anything that i do not like at this point in time. If there are any things that could be improved upon then please let me know. So far so good! We use peoplesfish mainly for customer service surveys. It is very helpful because we have seen some really interesting trends with our customers which has helped us improve products or services. I like that it is very easy for me as an individual to use this software because of its simplicity. I am able to create surveys in under 5 minutes and can send them out within 10 seconds! The only downside would be if there was more customization options available but overall I think this program has been great so far. We have used this product to get feedback from our customers about their experience with us online. It's also helped keep track of what we are doing well or not so well.
