Breaks easily on party hats

Ours arrived partly broken, and soon one broke again. Luckily the part that broke was the outer rim and we just cut off the rest to make a tiara with a slightly smaller profile. This went on for about a month and then burst in half. All of the jewels stayed in place, which is surprising given how fragile the rest of the pieces seemed to be. It doesn't look like we can glue it back together. Spring.
