Made in China. Everything about this product says "Poop Sandwich". This will work for my needs. The magnet is strong enough to hold it still for what I'm using it for. All sorts of movements and articulations are wobbly at best, but that's due to inferior plastic handles used as milk jug lids. The thing smelled of chemicals in the box and was smeared with oil. It's just annoying that there's no middle ground between professional looking tools and the complete crap you'd buy at a flea market straight from China.
