Review on 🧡 Bohin Tapestry Hand Needles - Size 28: Perfect Tools for Fine and Delicate Stitching by Tara Ford

All eyes were wide open

I'm not new to embroidery, but I tried this brand for the first time. Judging by the reviews, I was delighted - cheaper than Tulip, softer than DMC - sounds great. I used the exact same needle threader that I used on my other 28s and the eyelet broke off! I bought a more expensive and smaller needle threader (it's so trendy) and the eyelet broke off! I have never experienced this. Is always. In one instance, it broke when I pulled through the needle threader, leaving me with 1/2 the eyelet and a strip of metal stuck in my finger. Ouch. The rest of the needles, eyelets broke off when I started to embroider. It is not the point of the needle that breaks, but the eye itself that splits in half. Super impressive but totally useless.

Pros
  • Product type: for the home
Cons
  • I have doubts
