And when I did discover some things to buy, the quality was appalling — the clothes felt cheap and shoddily constructed. And let's not even talk about how unpractical and uncomfortable their sneakers are. Their selection of jewelry was similarly unimpressive, with tacky and ugly designs. They made things worse by providing unresponsive and unhelpful customer service. Overall, COCOSAND was a total nightmare for me.
