The ability for me as an admin user is that I can see what my team members are doing in their time off so they don't waste it away or do things we have not approved! It also has more features than our current system allowing us flexibility with customising reporting options etc but requires training/support from your softwares vendor if you want support beyond basic useage questions when using this product out side normal working hours.
Also there was no way at first glance how easy some functions were going be made easier by having access outside work times - like being able to get alerts about emails coming into inboxes during non office hrs would help manage email flow better without needing someone else around all day long!!
