I was very disappointed with the last section of hair. I ordered this hair 2 times and I liked it. The hair was lifeless, there were many beards. (which made my hair frizzy) More hair loss than previous orders. I don't know if it was due to COVID 19. Was unhappy. TO UPDATE. I contacted the company and I have to say they did their best to fix everything. They returned the money and offered a discount on the next purchase. I was very pleased. They took the time to come back to me and explain what happened. Therefore, I give 4 stars for my past hair orders. I was very impressed with the quality of the hair. And I will order again! Above all, knowing that they care about customer satisfaction.
