They come with a tag showing a 5% 'shrinkage factor' built into the original design so they WILL SHRINK on wash/dry - probably only about 5%. I have inseam 29-30 inches, waist 34 inches. Size "Medium" fit right after washing. If your inseam is longer, you can choose "Large". Elasticated waist and drawstring are probably ok on 'tall' unless you have a waist <30, in which case maybe not? Very comfortable and well made for the price.
